Who processes your data?

What data do we collect?

Only what you enter in our forms: name, phone, email (optional), message and, when you list a property, its main characteristics.

We never ask for an identity document or any official document online.

Why?

To answer your request: information, viewing, call-back, search request or assessment of your property. Your data is never sold or transferred.

For how long?

For as long as needed to handle your request, then at most three years after your last exchange with the agency, before deletion.

Your rights

Under Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 25-11 of 24 July 2025, you have in particular the rights of information, access, rectification and objection.

To exercise them, contact the agency by email or in person. You may also contact the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).

Security

Access restricted to authorised staff, encrypted connection (HTTPS), activity log and regular backups.
